To purchase goods, select your region from the list at the top of the Gallery or Gift Shop pages, the NZD price of the products shipped to your door (including full freight service) will then display and you can begin to add items to your cart.
Please note: if you purchase multiple items for the same delivery address our freight charges may be less than calculated on the web site, in which case we will advise you by email and charge the discounted amount to your credit card.
Once your shopping cart contains all the items you wish to order, please complete the form and click proceed to secure server (see below for more details about our secure payments facility).

Diners Club on this web site (JCB cards are accepted in-store only).
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled due to stock not being available or your chosen piece of art selling prior to your order, we will contact you and your credit card will not be processed.
All of our items are handmade and may vary slightly from that shown. Representation of artworks on this web site is as close as our photography will allow.

To protect your credit card details from unauthorised access we do not allow our customers to enter credit card details on our non-secure order page. Instead the Proceed to Secure Server button at the bottom of the form takes you to a THAWTE certificated secure server utlizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card details as they are transmitted to the secure server. This is the technology used by online stores around the world like amazon.com.
Our secure server is provided by kudos.net.nz and the web page you are taken to includes a link to verify the validity of their THAWTE SSL certificate. You can also verify that the web page you are viewing is located on a secure server by looking for the padlock icon on the status bar of your browser. Another sign is that the web page address begins https:// instead of the normal http://.
To further protect the security of your credit card details we do not transmit the details from the secure server but instead print the details directly off the secure server and delete them so no record of them is kept on any computer.
We respect your privacy, the information collected for your order will not be sold to anyone.
Within New Zealand, all goods are sent by courier and require a receipt of delivery signature.
Overseas, all small gift shop items will be sent by International Air Mail.
Overseas, all original artworks will be sent by Express Courier service and require a receipt of delivery signature.
When we export to you our charges exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) and cover packaging, insurance, documents and delivery. You are responsible for any duties or local taxes payable in the country of destination.

If you would like your purchase to arrive on a specific date, please include in delivery instructions.
International target times may be impacted by customs and agriculture inspections, which we are not able to control.
If you change your mind about a purchase we will exchange it, if you advise us within 2 days of receipt and the item is returned to us at your expense and in original condition.
If any item is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate, while meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We have 10 years of experience in packing and shipping to destinations all over the world. In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain the goods and the packaging and documents and contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may lodge a claim with the courier company. Under the terms and conditions of our freight providers we are unable to process claims outside of this timeframe.
